Hannah has shaped voice and narrative for The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, Aman at Sea, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, Azamara, Silversea, and Carnival, as well as household names including American Express, Calvin Klein, T‑Mobile, and Zumba. She specializes in brand voice systems, content architecture, executive messaging, and multi‑channel editorial frameworks for brands operating at scale.
Zoe | Monaco
Editor, publisher, and digital content specialist with 25 years across cruise, hospitality, travel, and premium consumer storytelling. For the Royal Caribbean Group’s digital transformation, we led/supported content architecture and narrative systems across Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, and Azamara. Working alongside Innovation, we developed copy and frameworks for the app ecosystem, website, AI gaming features, digital signage, itinerary-specific onboard content, crew communications, and guest-facing touchpoints. We also created employee content systems and trained onboard teams to sustain brand voice and tone across the fleet.
